ChurchApps Ambassadors

We are excited to introduce the ChurchApps Ambassador Program — a global network of church leaders and volunteers helping congregations unlock the power of free, open-source ministry technology.
Our ambassadors serve as local champions for ChurchApps tools, bringing practical, high-impact solutions to churches in their region. Whether through meetups, training sessions, or one-on-one support, they connect church leaders and tech volunteers, helping them discover how ChurchApps can streamline church operations and free up resources for ministry.
Since launching, the program has already made a difference worldwide — with ambassadors active across multiple countries and thousands of churches helped.
What makes this program special?
- Build Local Community: Ambassadors strengthen networks by connecting leaders and volunteers in their area.
- Share Knowledge: They provide hands-on guidance for adopting ChurchApps tools in real ministry settings.
- Create Impact: By helping churches implement powerful free technology, ambassadors enable ministries to invest more in mission and outreach.
- Minimal Commitment: The volunteer role involves just one activity per quarter — no fees, no strings attached.
If you’re passionate about supporting churches and tech ministry, consider joining this inspiring community. Applications are open now — and we’d love to welcome you into the global ambassador family! https://churchapps.b1.church/ambassadors.
FreePlay — Built by ChurchApps for Churches
At ChurchApps, everything we create is driven by one mission: equip churches with great software so they can focus on ministry.
That’s why we developed FreePlay, presentation software designed specifically to display church curriculum with clarity, flexibility, and ease. Instead of forcing ministries to adapt tools built for businesses or classrooms, FreePlay was created from the ground up with teachers, volunteers, and church environments in mind.
FreePlay helps your team spend less time managing slides or thumb drives and more time investing in people.
Here’s what makes it valuable for churches:
- Designed for curriculum – easily present lesson content, questions, scriptures, images, and media. Several curriculum.providers are already on board with more to come soon.
- Simple for volunteers – intuitive and quick to learn, even for new team members.
- Flexible for ministries – works great in kids programs, classes, and group settings.
- Streamlines weekly prep – reduce formatting headaches and stay focused on discipleship.
Like all ChurchApps tools, FreePlay exists to serve the Church and remove barriers that slow ministry down. Explore FreePlay at https://freeplay.church/ and see how it can support your team.
2025 Impact Report
In 2025, we continued to expand our mission of empowering churches with free, open-source software — with remarkable global impact. During ChurchApps 2025 Impact Report, we discussed how the ministry’s tools are now being used by churches in over 130 countries across 6 continents, helping congregations worldwide grow stronger in mission and community.
More than 11,000 new churches registered for ChurchApps solutions in 2025, demonstrating the growing demand for accessible technology that supports ministry without financial barriers. These tools are empowering churches of all sizes — from small community congregations to larger ministries — and are facilitating everything from membership engagement to digital communication and online presence.
ChurchApps’ reach highlights the diversity of its users:
In Africa, hundreds of churches in countries like Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa are leveraging these tools.
In the Asia-Pacific region, places like the Philippines, India, Indonesia, and Malaysia show strong engagement.
A significant portion remains connected in the United States and throughout Europe, Latin America, and beyond.
This global adoption reflects our vision — One Mission. Every Church. Everywhere. — as volunteers, developers, and partner churches work together to make ministry technology available to all. Check out the Impact Report:
Children's Pastors Conference 26

The theme for this year's children's pastors conference in Orlando was Unleashed Resilience. Micheal, Kari, and Carolyn worked the ChurchApps booth at the conference. They had a great time connecting with friends and sharing all the ChurchApps ministry tools with everyone at the conference.
Micheal shared "Maximize Impact with Zero Budget: Free Tools & Strategies for Effective Children’s Ministry" in a breakout session. Do you have a conference you would like for us to come to and share ChurchApps ministry tools just contact us at terry@churchapps.org or micheal@churchapps.org
