Can You Help?

As we grow, so do our challenges. Right now, we have just one main coder handling a massive workload, and we’d love to free up some budget to bring in additional support.

We’re looking for a few churches or individuals to help sponsor this coder, ensuring we can continue improving and expanding all of our ministry tools. You can donate to this important need here https://churchapps.org/partner#give

Do you know of any churches or individuals who might be interested in supporting this effort? We would love to connect with anyone who might be open to a conversation. Send an e-mail to terry@churchapps.org

Software Improvements

In the past few months we have been working hard on the user interface for Chums and B1.  Several improvements have been made to make a more user friendly experience. These improvements include a new home page design and a new way to access tutorials and the github forum. Thank you to Jeremy Zongker for all the time and effort you put into making ChurchApps great!

Preach The Word

The theme for the 2025 Preaching /Teaching convention was Preach the Word! It was a challenging conference with some great speakers. Terry presented the workshop entitled, "Unlocking Affordable Excellence: Navigating Free Resources for Kingdom Success". The workshop was a discussion of popular open source software that can be easily adopted to the church. ChurchApps software and ministry tools were also presented.

Serving the Church

Our volunteer resource partners, Micheal and Kari Byrd have been busy working with churches. For the past few weeks they have been in Fort Pierce, Florida at Southside Christian Church. Micheal helped train 6 people on using/running FreeShow. He also was happy to help fill in on bongos.

Kari taught children’s church for the entire month of Feb (Micheal filled in one week when she couldn’t be there) to give the Minister’s wife a break. They also had a great time and made a lot of friends at the Children's Pastors Conference in Orlando the first of January.

Micheal and Kari will be headed to Byrdstown, Tennessee to work with the First Christian Church. He plans on helping them with their audio/visual presentation and sharing all of our ministry tools. Please keep Micheal and Kari in your prayers as they travel.

Thank you to everyone who supports ChurchApps financially and with prayer
